The location of the hotel is very convenient, within easy reach of the train and bus station. It is also in a quiet area but still close to all the amenities in town. The restaurant is highly recommended by guests, offering excellent food. The staff are friendly and can't do enough to help, providing advice on local attractions and even carrying guests' luggage to their rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good-sized bathrooms. the hotel provides a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the cleanliness of the wardrobe and skirting boards.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being just off the town centre and within walking distance of Ayr train station. The room was lovely, with a spa bath and a beautiful marble feature bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with quality ingredients used. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
All was just perfect.

This hotel is ideally located within Ayr town center, just off the main shopping area and a short walk from the train station. The staff were lovely and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed with large comfortable beds and a luxurious style, complete with beautiful marble feature bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent, with quality ingredients used to create a delicious meal.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being central to the train station and just off the town center. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with comfortable beds. The service is very good and prices are reasonable. Guests also appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel, making it perfect for families.
One negative aspect is the lack of an early check-in despite requests.
